Lavender Inn Policies

Payments:   All reservations are automatically charged to your credit card on file seven (7) days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellation:   Policy:We understand that plans change.  To receive a full refund, please email us your cancellation request at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival date.  Cancellations made prior to 7 days will be fully refunded; we will send a confirmation email once your request has been processed.  Cancellations made within 6 days or less of your scheduled arrival are nonrefundable.  Early departures will not receive a refund.    Email:  innkeeper@lavenderinn.com

Age Limit:    Rooms #1-7:   Children under 12 are not permitted to stay upstairs in rooms # 1-7.  Sorry, no exceptions.  Any age child is welcome to stay in #8, the Cottage.  Cottage has maximum capacity of 3 people.

Check-in:   Check-in is guaranteed by 3:00PM.  Our parking lot is available for arriving guests at 2:00 when you can  wander across the street for lunch and shopping until 3:00. If you will be arriving after 6:00PM, please call us to arrange an after-hours/late arrival check-in.  805-646-6635. 

Check out:   Check out is strictly at 11:00AM to allow our team enough time to prepare for our next guests.  Thank you for understanding!

Office Hours:   We are here to help!  An Innkeeper will be onsite to assist you from 8:00AM to 6:00PM.

Dog Policy:   We are delighted to welcome well-behaved dogs in our two pet-friendly accommodations:  the Topa Room (#1, upstairs with balcony) and the Cottage (#8, ground level with a private yard).  Only one pet per room is allowed.   We require advance notice if you plan to bring your dog.  A one-time, nonrefundable fee of $65 (+ tax)  applies.  We provide pet amenities including a cozy dog bed, waste bags, water and food bowls, and treats. We do an extra deep special clean on departure (for our human guests with allergies).

2-Night Minimum Stay on Weekends:   All reservations that include a Friday or Saturday must have a minimum stay of 2 days i.e. Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday, or Saturday/Sunday.  Holidays may require a 3 day reservation.

Room Occupancy and Rates:   All room rates are based on single or double occupancy.  Rooms upstairs, #1-#7, are limited to two guests.  The Cottage allows a third guest, with an additional charge of $65./per night.  Please notify us in advance to arrange for an extra guest.

Quiet Hours:   We maintain quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM. to ensure that our guests enjoy a peaceful stay.

Deposits:   A non-refundable deposit (applied to your stay) is required for stays longer than 3 nights or reservations of more than two rooms.  Please contact our manager Jeneva  at 806-646-6635.  Reservations made a year in advance will require a 2 week advance cancellation in order to avoid charges.

Alcohol:   Only guests 21 years of age may consume alcohol on the premises. Management reserves the right to request identification at any time.

Smoking Policy:   The Lavender Inn is a completely smoke-free property.  No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking:   We offer complimentary parking for registered guests.  We have a designated Disabled Parking. space in our parking lot.  The hotel is not responsible for any damages or theft.

Lost keys:   A $25 replacement fee will be charged for keys that are lost or not returned upon check-out.

Luggage:   We do not offer luggage service.  Please note that rooms #1-7 are located upstairs.  The Cottage #8 in on garden level.

Food Allergies:   To ensure everyone enjoys breakfast, please be aware that our kitchen prepares dishes that may contain nuts, dairy, wheat and soy.  While we take extra care to prevent corss-contaimation, we cannot guarantee our breakfast items are 100% allergen-free.
