There is a two (2) night minimum stay if a Friday or Saturday night is included.
There is a 7 DAY ADVANCE CANCELLATION for all reservations which applies to changes in reservations and early departures as well. Cancellations, changes and early departures will be charged in full.
All individual room rates are based on single or double occupancy. We can accommodate (2) extra people ONLY in the Provence cottage and (1) additional person ONLY in the Romantic Suite. Our other rooms cannot accommodate a third person. Additional guests in these 2 rooms are charged $50/adult ($40 for 10 yrs-young adult and $25 for under 10 years old.) which includes an extra bed, a full breakfast, and during our happy hour, a complimentary glass of wine or local craft beer and appetizers.
CHECK-IN time is 3:00pm to 7:00pm. You are welcome to arrive early, park your car and enjoy our beautiful gardens; we will give you the tour and keys once your room is ready. Let us know if you are arriving past 7:00pm so we give you our LATE ARRIVAL instructions on how to make yourself at home. CHECK-OUT is at 11:00 am from the rooms (for housekeeping), but you are welcome to enjoy our gardens and park in our parking lot throughout the afternoon.
PET FRIENDLY ROOMS; Only the Topa (#1) and the Provence Cottage are PET FRIENDLY rooms. We require a one-time fee of $40 and an additional $35 if you have a second pet. We offer a doggie bed, treats, poop bags and bed sheets. We do an extra deep special clean on departure (for our human guests with allergies). The guest must inform us prior to arrival that you are bringing your pet.
LONG TERM STAYS: Check with our manager Beth regarding long-term stays or a combination of 3 or more room blocks for one time period; deposits will be required. Reservations that are 4 days or more will be charged a 1-3 night non-refundable deposit, depending on the length of the stay. Reservations of 3 or more rooms will require a 1 night non-refundable deposit. Reservations made a year in advance will require a 2 week advance cancellation in order to avoid charges. A $100 non-refundable deposit may apply.
