The intimate Lavender Inn is the setting for the innovative Ojai Culinary School. The cooking school offers a wide variety of hands-on and demonstration cooking classes ranging from visiting chefs to local artisanal cooks. The emphasis on the cooking classes is to develop technique and expertise along with a sense of ease in the kitchen.

Chef Robin is a classically trained chef who was been working professionally as a private chef since 1984, here in CA. Her years of experience and knowledge working in restaurants, her own catering company and in private homes have been a solid foundation for her personal chef business. Her cookbook, A Taste of Ojai, highlights a collection of small plate appetizers, condiments, spreads and homemade breads.
